POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Operations team at Swing Education takes, optimizes, and executes on high-value processes that require manual iteration, informs future decision-making, and improves and documents internal processes. The Product Growth Operations Senior Associate II will contribute to the growth of the Swing Education marketplace through manual process iteration, report creation and management, and workflow automation.
They will own the end-to-end development and upkeep of manual processes across the organization and be responsible for designing new processes that meet business needs. They will also be responsible for reporting and tracking sub-setup KPIs and SLA metrics, ensuring the Sub Growth team’s onboarding goals are regularly on track.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented, and skilled in process execution, analysis, and improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-end management of Swing’s processes and workflows that require manual iteration, which includes but is not limited to:

Automating tasks and workflows with the appropriate tools, such as Zapier and Google Sheet formulas and/or scripts

Using Confluence and Redshift, as needed, to automatically update reports utilized by the Product Growth Operations team

Managing Hubspot workflows that directly impact that Product Growth Operations team and designing new email campaigns, as needed

Create, update, and/or manage reports such as the document processing dashboard to track onboarding goals, KPIs, SLA metrics, and other projects and initiatives (i.e. SwingCert, incentive programs, etc.)

Report substitute-related data to cross-functional teams, as needed

Contribute to third-party tech vendor audits that impact the Sub Growth team

The level of contribution can range from compiling data points on existing usage and performance, to researching other ways to fully utilize existing platforms

These audits will be done in collaboration with cross-functional teams and managers
-

Take ownership of processes that utilize Norby commands and execute on those steps, with an eye for process iteration and improvement

Assist with designing MVP programs, which includes but is not limited to defining KPI parameters, analyzing data to aid with experiment design, and creating reports that will track performance upon launch

Be a point of contact between Product/Engineering teams and the Product Growth Operations Sub team to escalate bugs and issues within the product

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required

At least 2+ years of relevant work experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Detail-oriented and able to keep tasks organized

Experience with data analysis and visualization

Understanding of automation tools such as Zapier and willingness to learn new technology and automation tools

Skilled in process creation, analysis, and iteration
-
Outstanding time management and prioritization skills, particularly in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment

Comfortable with multitasking and able to accomplish numerous tasks in an effective and timely manner

Ability to grasp concepts and follow directions independently

Good judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Curiosity and desire to learn, ask questions, and grow from mistakes

Ability to travel 1-4 times a year, as needed
