Role Overview

At CarGurus, the Product Integrity team’s mission is to “enhance the consumer and dealer experience through high-quality, transparent, and accurate content while protecting against fraud." This role will be responsible for processing and investigating reports and complaints of violations of site policy; communicating any confirmed violations to account teams; and working with account teams to resolve outstanding violations.

What you’ll do

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve reports of policy violations
  • Gathers information from multiple sources, including internal listing data, consumer reports and reviews, and car dealer websites
  • Communicate with and advise account teams on remediation pathways
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders from various departments
  • Manage time and assignment caseloads (with the objective of providing a quality work product)
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation throughout the life cycle of cases
  • Pre-resolution, provides regular case updates to various internal stakeholders
  • Performs other duties as assigned
