What you'll do
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Adobe's goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development journey and milestones from conception to launch.
- Lead and encourage cross-functional teams, including machine learning scientists, engineers, designers, and marketers, to build high-quality solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to find opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to maintain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Drive strategic features for Data Management leveraging Machine Learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to roadmaps to execution
- Drive decision-making by presenting concepts, insights, and key findings to executives and leaders.
- Engage and be the Voice of the Customer and drive product requirements based of deep understanding of specific market segments and target customers
- Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities
- Define a 3, 6, 12 month and 2 year roadmap for the Data Management
- Be a thought leader and subject matter expert for Data Management and Machine Learning
What you have
- Proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment.
- A technical background or degree. AI/ML related background is preferred.
- A passion for innovation, and experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies.
- Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.
- A drive to find problems worth solving.
- BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent technical field
- 2+ years of product management or equivalent engineering management role. Experience in Data Management and AI/ML is preferred.
- Prior experience in solutions/consulting with data integration, Spark, is a must
- Prior experience of leading, launching, and delivering a service with 360 cross-functional impact
- Strong data driven analytical skills to back up assumptions and recommendations and to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Self-driven with the ability to execute with minimal guidance; think strategically and execute tactically; attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
