CariClub is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Head of Product who’s passionate about organization, growth, and harnessing technology for good. As our Head of Product, you’ll be in charge of bringing our vision to life and managing every piece of the product development lifecycle. Though you’ll be on a small team, you’ll be in a high impact role, collaborating with the CEO and engineers to bring the CariClub vision to life.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies, is process oriented, has careful attention to detail, can manage themselves, is always looking to improve, and is proactive about bringing ideas to the table. CariClub is at an inflection point for acceleration and there is huge opportunity for career advancement as the organization grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide product direction
• Perform market research to determine product requirements
• Create and execute a detailed product roadmap
• Look for ways to consistently improve the product
• Develop analytics to track product success
• Collaborate closely with engineering on product positioning, formula development, and quality assurance
• Act as a liaison between product management and engineering roles
• Manage current respective employees and assist in hiring when needed
• Be the voice of customers
• Provide product training

WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in product development, product marketing, product management, or as head of product
• Experience in both B2C (user success) & B2B (client management) experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from top-tier university: degree in engineering, computer science, business, or relevant filed
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Interest in tech startups, business, and philanthropy
• Familiar with MS office, G Suite, CRM tools (Copper), and programming /design applications
• Emotional resilience, high EQ, consistency, growth oriented
• Passionate about CariClub’s mission
• Embraces challenges, not daunted by large projects
• Excellent communications skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to take criticism and improve constantly
• Desire to manage, grow, and work with lean teams 
• Adaptable and resourceful
• Results/goal oriented

Compensation is commensurate with the position’s requirements and applicant’s experience. In a performance-based environment, this will include base salary and a possible stakeholder position in the Company.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with the position’s requirements and the applicant's experience (full-time roles only). In a performance-based environment, this will include a base salary and a possible stakeholder position in the Company.
