Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing complete solutions, both commercially and technologically, while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless product development and implementation. 

Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and managing the product roadmap, coaching other product owners, and ensuring the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the long-term product vision and goals, ensuring both commercial and technological success.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Prepare performance reports, monitor product success, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by exploring new product ideas, technologies, and partnerships to enhance the product portfolio.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensure product quality and address any issues that arise during development or post-launch.
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation for product development.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of product management, technology, business requirements, and models.
• Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product implementation.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills to support and guide other product owners.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare performance reports and monitor product success.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
• Ability to persuade and convince stakeholders through negotiations and presentations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
