You will join a dynamic Product Management group at IBM Infrastructure. You will gain significant experience getting opportunities in performing a variety of roles in both Inbound and Outbound Product Management.
As a Product Manager you will own outcomes. This will include:
- Strategic Product Management: Lead the roadmap and lifecycle of Platform Automation services ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Data Analytics Expertise: Utilize tools like EPM and Amplitude to analyze product performance and customer usage patterns driving data-informed decisions to improve user experience and adoption.
- Customer Success Enablement: Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to foster customer satisfaction retention and long-term success. Communicate effectively and persistently to ensure customers achieve maximum value.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify trends risks and opportunities using comprehensive data analysis to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
- User Feedback Integration: Design and execute OSAT surveys to capture user feedback. Synthesize insights to identify areas for product enhancement and validate improvement efforts.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and go-to-market plans.
Bachelorโs degree in computer science or related fields.
- Preferred - MBA from reputed Business School.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people and establish relationships / build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6 months to 1 Year exposure to one or more industry leading enterprise agile planning or development tools such as Microsoft's Github Aha! Portfolio Management Atlassian's Jira etc.
- 1 to 2 years of Technology Industry Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager in any industry/domain.
- Understanding of product roadmaps end-to-end lifecycles release cadence and support.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud buyer journey cloud consumption and technology models such as pricing and utilization.
- Experience in customer-driven usability and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
