Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive IBM’s cross platform products and services. In this role you will be working on a new IBM product from Data & AI portfolio focusing on Data Integration capabilities and platform strategy working closely with your Engineering team and Product Mangers across the Data & AI organization to transform the way our customers access their data and manage their data integration processes. In this role you are a technical analytical and passionate leader delivering innovative new offerings in response to customer needs.

The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges and influence the other product managers to collaboratively implement these solutions. You will guide the integration market awareness customer demand and adoption of this platform to global organizations. You will drive the product planning lifecycle from market validation to strategic planning and execution.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with Engineering and the global Product Management team as well as executive stakeholders to identify and document customer needs and use cases to define the product roadmap.
• Execute on the product roadmap and prioritize features designed to satisfy unmet customer needs and emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with product marketing to create content and compelling messaging that clearly communicates the product value proposition and market strategy.
• Analyze and understand the competitive landscape of the data integration market.
• Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly.
• Drive product roadmap innovation through rapid triage of facts and data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing compelling product offerings to customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and exceptional presentation skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the modern technology market trends.
• Experience with SaaS and Data Integration.
• An aptitude for rapid learning.
• Knowledge and understanding of the customer and market feedback.
• Experience with AWS Azure and Google cloud services.
• Understanding of Agile/scrum.
• Ability to work in complex environments with global product development teams.
