Job Summary 

In this key role, you will create and champion the roadmap in the development and direction of our world-class SaaS Management Platform. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and with different groups of people in the organization, including sales and marketing, customer experience, and research & development. You will work as part of the broader product management team and will report to the Director of Product Management. 

Responsibilities: 

The Product Manager is responsible for the following major job objectives: 

• Discover user needs by conducting user research and unveiling critical insights.

• Establish a product vision and strategy aligned with corporate goals and objectives 

• Share subject matter knowledge and research results with product owners so they can effectively communicate the voice of the customer to development 

• Create and champion a product roadmap

• Lead design sprint exercises to brainstorm solutions to customer problems and pain points

• Define, prioritize and sequence epics and initiatives

• Identify and monitor success criteria for epics and initiatives

• Work with Product Design and Product Owners to refine product designs & review story breakdown 

• Work with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, and messaging 

• Understand the market and the competition to maintain competitive differentiation 

• Assist with internal training and enablement activities as part of the release process.

• Engage with customers to assist with customer success efforts

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar product-oriented position 

• Strong team player but also a self-starter.

• Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, agile environment with previous experience of SaaS product management and/or development. 

• The confidence and knowledge to be able to run demos and discussions of the products with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

• Superior writing and communication skills in English. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers 

• Experience of Microsoft 365 as an end-user and knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, and related service offerings is highly desirable

• Experience with data analytics is also a plus
