Brad’s Deals is seeking an experienced Product Manager to redefine the user experiences across our website, apps and distribution platforms. This role will be responsible for managing various high-priority initiatives on the roadmap and moving them through the entire product lifecycle in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. The primary focus of this role will be creating consumer-facing e-commerce experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute successful product roadmaps and initiatives to create the best online shopping experiences for our users.
- Manage initiatives throughout the product management lifecycle which includes but is not limited to: identifying problems and opportunities, facilitating problem solving, determining appropriate metrics, setting scope, writing stories, testing, roll-out strategy and content management strategy.
- Leverage research and data to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making.
- Quickly identify and eliminate roadblocks that impede progress to achieving both short term and long term goals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of product management experience including at least 2 years experience developing B2C experiences in an e-commerce setting.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver B2C products that users love and that move metrics in a timely manner
- Excellent research skills, with proven experience leveraging data and experimentation to define products that make an impact (including background in experimentation).
- Proven ability to balance user, business and technical considerations.
- Must be based in the contiguous U.S., other than CA.
