Product Manager, BioAnalytics

The Product Manager helps develop and execute the tactical marketing plan and performs market data analysis in support of the BioAnalytics division. Catalent's BioAnalytics division offers a comprehensive suite of analytical services for traditional biologics and advanced therapies such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), cell and gene therapies, and mRNA vaccines. The BioAnalytics Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager.

The Role (daily responsibilities)

• With direction from the group product manager, work with division subject matter experts and central marketing resources to translate business and marketing objectives into executable marketing tactics to increase awareness and lead generation
• Select, drive and assess ROI for events, digital advertising (webinars, social media, etc.) and capabilities presentations
• Work with business development to gather input for the development of effective sales tools while ensuring adoption and proper usage
• Draft, create, ensure accuracy and improve quality of web content
• Support targeting campaigns, including authoring marketing messages
• Create training materials for new service offerings/launches
• Analyze the business, customer, and competitive environment on a continual basis
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate (requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Biochemistry or related field
• 3+ years of product marketing experience and/or analytical lab experience preferred
• CDMO and/or CRO knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and project management skills, and oral and written communication skills
• Broad understanding of brand and product management principles
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords and Analytics preferred
