Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in A/B Testing and user experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy.
    • Own the product outlook, strategy, and roadmap to enable Chat Platform growth and drive our north star metrics. This includes identifying opportunities to enhance user engagement, running A/B experiments, and increasing customer awareness.
    • Define and execute strategy to use AI to grow Chat integration reach by working closely with the Workspace and AI teams.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, marketing, and business development, to identify and pursue opportunities to enhance Chat Platform growth.
    • Drive alignment with leads, cross-functional teams, and other Workspace teams through effective communication and stakeholder management.
