What you'll do:

• Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
• Understand and analyze the ecosystem to provide, along with the designer, the best experience to our customer considering an holistic view of zé delivery's product
• Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
• Communicate and manage stakeholders expectations and co-build product strategy align with them
• Maintain the product roadmap aligned between all the teams involved
• Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
• Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles - test and learn
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions

What you'll need: 

• Strong data analytics
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience with Agile projects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment
• Proficient product discovery
