We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our talented team of people who are passionate about the weather AND innovative product and user experience delivery.

We're seeking a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching new mobile app features or products within the B2C space. You will be responsible for driving innovative weather features (Mobile App and Web) and bringing user centered experiences to life through the use of deep weather science and AI. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving innovation and shaping the future of our consumer-facing product across multiple platforms. Your deep understanding of consumer needs and passion for technology will guide you as you champion compelling new features to delight our users.

The impact you'll make:

• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to execute your product vision, aligning all stakeholders toward a successful launch.
• User-centricity: Advocate for the user at every stage. Conduct user research, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and ensure new features deliver exceptional experiences that solve real user problems.
• Feature development: Drive the entire feature development lifecycle from ideation, to prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
• Data analysis: Evaluate key product metrics and user data to make informed decisions, validate the success of new features, and guide future product strategy.

What you've accomplished:

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in a product management role with a focus on launching new features or products in the B2C space.
• User-focused: A relentless obsession with understanding users and their pain points. Ability to translate insights into product solutions.
• Collaborative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong partnerships across teams.
• Data-informed: Comfortable with analyzing data, deriving insights, and using metrics to fuel decision-making.
• Strategic thinking: Develop perspective on market trends and product innovation opportunities.
• A self-starter mentality, solving problems and following up on commitments in a timely manner while also being a strong team player.
• A strong willingness to experiment and take calculated risks.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
