Qualifications Experienced in Residential Wood, Laminate and Vinyl flooring for 5 years plus. ยท Must have strong communications skills in front of a group and be able to host short videos on camera that will be distributed to the sales team ยท Experience/Education Requirements: Proven written and verbal communication skills are required ยท Proficient PC skills and experience including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point are required ยท Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with others ยท Must be comfortable presenting to large groups and speaking on camera ยท Proven organization, planning and time management skills ยท Ability to work directly with external vendors and suppliers overseas in Southeast Asia ยท Lifting is required occasionally of samples ยท Must be able to travel occasionally Domestically and Oversea Southeast Asia ยท Must be able to do prepare and collaborate of the marketing team . Multi-task is very important and will be involved in different aspects of the .Need to be a quick learner **Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. ยท The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) has the responsibility to launch, communicate, and drive all products and programs within their designated product category to our customer base ยท Must also work with Product Development to create all product specification information by determining brand, sample quantity material requirements, and sample vehicle quantities ยท The PMM will also work with Product Development to monitor existing product and sku performance, rationalization and utilization, as well as evaluation of drops for ALL existing hard surface products ยท Sample Manufacturing: Work with Sample leadership and manufacturing to get new products and marketed programs to market in a timely fashion as well as manage existing sample inventory levels in order to maintain serviceable levels for the field through scheduling and sample reduction ยท This is an on-going process for new products and programs as well as running existing promotions within the product line ยท Marketing & Merchandising: The PMM must work and coordinate with the residential Marketing team to get all merchandising requirements for product and marketed programs to market ยท This will require meeting regularly with the team, working closely with the outside vendors to ensure the success and execution of every program ยท The PMM will attend regional sales events to present, position and train external sales force on all new products and marketed programs ยท This person must respond quickly to all emails, texts, and direct phone calls from customers and vendors with regard to hard surface products ยท They will work to coordinate product launches, sample inventory, label strategy, and promotional strategy on all new and existing products ยท When changes are made, the PMM must communicate the changes to the key internal areas of the company to make sure all channels are moving in the same direction ยท The creation and managing of pricing for existing products and new introductions also must drive units and sales revenue while growing the profitability of each product and programs ยท The PMM will be involved in the claim process to resolve them with company protocol. ยท Monitor vendor production schedule and make sure they meet our deadline. ยท Inspect production pictures from oversea team and qualify if it is approved to ship out. ยท Manage factory production and make sure it is within tolerance. ยท For new product launches make sure that the overseas team follows through with the standard protocols, marketing and sample control confirmation. ยท Follow through with task assisted by executives ยท Work closely with customer service and logistics to assure we meet the customerโ€™s expectations.
