The CB-GPT team’s charter is to build a secure, seamless, and state-of-the-art LLM platform which will enable both technical and non-technical teams to unlock the power of LLMs for bespoke needs at Coinbase.

As the Product Manager for LLM Applications, you will be responsible for accelerating the adoption and impact of our LLM platform (CB-GPT) by building new LLM-backed applications that improve efficiency and unlock new capabilities for teams across the company.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties)

• Lead development of our  LLM “Assistant” UI features that make it simple and safe for employees to leverage LLMs. Build new capabilities such as a chrome extension or Slackbot to increase adoption of the CB-GPT service.
• Conceptualize novel ways to apply LLM across Coinbase business units. Work with stakeholders to validate high-value opportunities and build minimum products.
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the company such as legal, compliance, and marketing  to develop customized LLM solutions
• Measure and communicate impact

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements)

• 2+  years of product management or product development experience - or significant relevant domain expertise and a passion for learning new skills
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information
• Experience shipping new and iterating on successful products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership, ideally evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced environment
