We are looking for a Product Manager for our Trauma & Extremities activity, to look after Israel, Russia & Kazakhstan. The position will be based out of Israel, and require 50% travel accross the covered countries.

What you will do :

  • Marketing/Product Management:
  • Implement a regional franchise strategy
  • Implement product pricing, positioning and promotional plans
  • Develop effective working relationships with EEMEA management team
  • Coordinate the market data, IBP product forecasts and tracking for respective markets
  • Work with RA/QA teams to facilitate product registration and reimbursement
  • Execute product launch plans and management of product life cycles in line with franchise strategy
  • Provide local evidence & analyze market research reports when necessary
  • Provide product information & updates to local dealer & direct channels
  • Facilitate the management of literature & learning aids for the sales teams
  • Improve presence & visibility of the products & the company image in the market
  • Ensure that product queries, field actions & upgrades are communicated & managed with the customer
  • Actively manage loan/demo/flying kit configurations & operations (where applicable)
  • Supervising allocation of marketing investment and ensuring alignment on franchise marketing budgets per regions with BDMs
  • Sales Education Responsibility:
  • Ensure that the Sales Academy training program is effectively & accurately rolled out in the region
  • Keep accurate records of all Sales Academy training results
  • Provide regular product trainings to Stryker team and dealers
  • Ensure the safe & effective promotion of the Stryker product portfolio
  • Front Line Sales & KOL Management:
  • Local responsibility for franchise KOL management
  • Increase our market share in respective markets
  • Provide in country complex case coverage
  • Provide in country surgical presentations & kit specifications management
  • Become the product & logistical expert of the franchise for the region

What you need :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of marketing experience required
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is required / Russian is a nice to have
  • Experience in Medical devices, ideally in Orthopedic field
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
