Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own responsibility as product manager to drive entire lifecycle of Siemens Xcelerator connectors to be consumed in Mendix developer experience.
- Own roadmap for connector strategy for Siemens Xcelerator portfolio and take all steps to execute managing release activities, post release support needs and lifecycle of the product.
- Establish a collaborative working relations with respective Siemens Xcelerator product managers and product owners from go-to-market business models to technical dependencies alignment.
- Build trusted relations engaging stakeholders of respective Siemens Xcelerator portfolio product management, Mendix platform product management, and manufacturing industries go-to-market leadership.
- Engage with customers and field representatives to gather requirements and drive product capabilities & features to be leader in the respective product space.
- Be strategic thinker for connectors as extended portfolio product creating value for customers and technical acumen to collaborate with product owners in driving architectural decisions.
- Support go-to-market motions to mobilize the product adoption, product revenues and thus ROI for funding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Siemens Xcelerator portfolio technical and usage knowledge.
- Strong technical know-how of Teamcenter, either as Product Owner or pre-sales or implementation services roles.
- Knowledge of Opcenter, Simcenter or other Siemens Xcelerator products are preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of working with Mendix is strongly preferred.
- Product management experience is nice to have.
- Knowledge of as-a-service and hybrid business models targeted at users of Teamcenter, Opcenter, Simcenter etc.
- Ability to prioritize outcomes relentlessly and balance diverse stakeholders.
- Success working with tenacity across geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong ability to transform customer requirements, competitive leadership needs, strategic vision to product features, capabilities, and rich experiences for faster market adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries for first-class product deliverables.
- Strong decision-making skills driven by market insights, data, and applicability of technology-with-purpose across manufacturing value chain.
