Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Manager role, with a proven track record of successfully leading the ideation, development, and launch of digital products or platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with design, development, testing, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in vendor management and external partner relationships.
• Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps and writing comprehensive user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management tools, data analytics platforms, and agile development methodologies

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and define product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on strategic objectives and user feedback.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and user engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
