As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching new features that help define the future of EdTech. Working closely with the Director of Product Marketing and the Product Management team, you will own planning feature/product launches, fostering cross-functional alignment, and driving awareness and adoption of Apptegy’s innovations. You’ll collaborate with product, sales, revenue operations, client experience, and other teams to deliver comprehensive launch plans that build release readiness and ensure our clients, prospects, and end-users understand, adopt, and love our offerings.


This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing with an estimated start date in late Quarter 1, 2025.


What You'll Do

Lead Product & Feature Launches

  • Own the end-to-end execution of major product and feature launches, from strategy to post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with Product Management on minor launches, ensuring awareness and readiness for these new features and enhancements. Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target personas.
  • Support Director of Product Marketing in crafting the annual launch roadmap, narratives, and market touch points.

Support Cross-Functional Readiness & Alignment

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with product management, sales enablement, client experience and other teams.
  • Partner with Enablement to develop and provide materials and collateral (e.g., case studies, one-pagers, video scripts) to ensure internal teams are equipped to communicate product value effectively.
  • Lead launch readiness meetings and track alignment with go-to-market goals.

Drive Awareness & Adoption

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and execute drip campaigns that drive feature awareness and adoption.
  • Partner with Client Experience to understand adoption trends across market segments, and support retention strategy and development. 
  • Leverage adoption strategies and playbooks to prioritize and create additional materials and resources that can drive end-user adoption.

Share Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and customer research to inform positioning and launch strategies.
  • Track and analyze product adoption metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization (experience in K-12/EdTech Markets is a plus)
  • Experience managing an aggressive product roadmap and leading launches successfully 
  • Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas, and building awareness and adoption of value-based messaging across teams
  • Experience leading projects and project teams while balancing competing priorities
  • Experience in using messaging to create supporting collateral and resources for Sales and Client Experience teams (experience reaching end users with a B2B2C motion a plus)
  • Ability to craft playbooks and processes that align to Product Marketing best practices and support adoption across cross-functional teams (A Pragmatic, PMA, or other product marketing certification is a plus)
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, can work independently and within cross-functional groups
