Job Summary

The NetApp Product Marketing group seeks a Product Marketing Manager (IC3) with strong written/oral communication skills and great project management skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful launches of new products into the market (go-to-market; GTM) for NetApp. Working with other Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and leaders, this position will help implement launch plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate marketing (e.g., digital, creative, AR, PR, campaigns, etc.), and coordinate efforts to ensure product/portfolio launch success.

Responsibilities• Co-develop, execute and implement product launch plans, assisting with go-to-market strategies and field activation.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing leadership, to ensure successful product launch and post-launch activities; ensure stakeholder communications for a predictable and understandable launch process; • Strong project management skills; work with PMMs to ensure deliverables required for GTM activities in a timely and reportable way.• Manage communication plans for all stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.• Create and manage budgets for product launches.• Drive post-launch activities, including gathering executive and field feedback.• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track launch performance and success; ensure learnings are incorporated into future launch plans and workflows; strong ability to understand data and develop metrics.

Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, product marketing, or marketing communications roles.• Strong project management skills; experience in developing and executing successful project plans.• Strong written and oral communication skills; graphics skills and/or advanced PowerPoint skills a plus.• Proven ability to think and act strategically; see challenges and opportunities as they occur.• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.• Experience in managing budgets and analyzing market trends where product launches occur.• Demonstrates a strong sense of continuously seeking new knowledge and actively exploring innovative solutions.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $112,950- $159,500. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
