Description and Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager Analyst Operations to play a key role in providing analytical and operational support to the regional Product Manager teams across Consumer and Small Medium Business segments. This position is perfect for someone with strong analytical capabilities and technological skills, interested in growing professionally and taking on new responsibilities within the organization. The role involves managing and analyzing key information for both mentioned segments, aiming to ensure business goals and deadlines are met. Additionally, this person will be responsible for keeping tools and processes up to date, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and KPIs to detect deviations and improvement opportunities, providing key insights for process optimization.
  • Manage and update Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics, ensuring a steady flow of accurate and relevant information for decision-making.
  • Effectively communicate with regional teams, ensuring alignment and correct execution of Cross Consumer and SMB strategies.
  • Work closely with the Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure data analysis is accurate and proactive, identifying deviations quickly and proposing effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and management dashboards for the Consumer and SMB areas.
  • Provide administrative and operational support in daily tasks, assisting in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics (preferred).
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Ability to identify deviations and ask critical questions that contribute to a deep understanding of data and results.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in a regional environment (working with teams from different countries).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Open and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to different industries and contexts.
  • Interest in technology and continuous improvement in the use of digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to the organizational culture.
