Product Operations Associate II

About the role and why it’s unique:

• Pick'em Lobby Management: Post and manage the extensive and growing Pick’em lobby, ensuring an engaging and dynamic user experience
• Contest Development: Develop and manage a diverse array of contest offerings to enhance engagement and competitiveness
• Collaboration and Oversight: Collaborate with the Prod Ops team to oversee the Pick’em lobby, maintaining up-to-date pricing, risk profiles, and steady participant engagement
• New Sport Integration: Lead the launch of contest lines and offerings for new sports as they are added to the platform
• KPI Ownership: Take ownership of high-profile sports and serve as a key stakeholder in monitoring and achieving KPIs

Who you are:

• An avid sports fan well-versed in a diverse range of sports, including but not limited to NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, EPL, Golf, UFC, Nascar, F1, and eSports. Your deep understanding of DFS and Fantasy sports props is essential
• Possess a highly analytical mindset, underpinned by your extensive knowledge of multiple sports. Your ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights will be pivotal in refining our offerings
• Demonstrate dedication to advancing your trading and risk management knowledge, showcasing a proactive approach to self-improvement
• A consummate team player, consistently contributing to a collaborative and cooperative work environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in alignment with the dynamic sports calendar
• 2+ years experience working in the Sports Betting industry with exposure to live markets and coverage

Even better if you have:

• Exposure to the fast-paced environment of startups, highlighting your adaptability and initiative.
• Working knowledge of advanced data analytics tools like SQL, etc.
• Trading and real-time risk management experience
• Ability to work West Coast Hours

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $70,000 and $75,000, depending on experience, plus equity. Think your skills are exceptional and warrant higher pay? Apply anyway! If we agree, we're willing to negotiate.
