What You Will Do
As a Product Operations Manager you will work closely with our team to make them more effective through processes playbooks and the product tools we use. You will work closely with the product marketing and customer-facing teams to help launch features as effectively as possible. You will proactively identify and fill knowledge gaps with a portion of the work you will define from scratch. As a servant leader you’ll seek opportunities to drive alignment communication processes and scale across the company.
How You Will Succeed

Own and optimize product processes including documentation training and enablement to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide training and enablement for the product team on tools frameworks and best practices.

Manage product tech stack and enablement to ensure effective utilization by our team.

Bring consistency to our Product Documentation process: Assistance in feature release and internal enablement documentation.

Lead the feedback and roadmap processes ensuring the conversion of feedback into actionable insights and maintaining strategic alignment with company objectives while accommodating shifting priorities.

Coordinate product launches and sunsets collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor progress identify risks and manage dependencies to ensure smooth execution. This includes the execution of product communications.

Training & Enablement: Training product team when onboarding and ongoing training for processes and tools across the dept.

Lead the process and tools required for Product-to-Customer Communication: How do we get a target and communicate to customers regarding sunsets policy changes and product updates.

Assist the Product team with Product copywriting and messaging.

Improve the availability and quality of data to drive the best product decisions.

Manage the integration of newly acquired products and companies into our ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For
-
2+ years of Product Operations experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Collect organize and analyze product data to ensure that the entire organization uses it to the best of its ability.

Manage the product tech stack while assisting team members in using each tool.

Success in creating collaborating with and carrying out product strategies alongside other departments such as sales and marketing.

Is a strong and proactive decision-maker who effectively balances ambiguity available data speed and iteration. Effectively communicates with and influences cross-functional stakeholders.

Implement and track experiments related to product ops.

Support and drive key decisions related to all aspects of product ops.

Ability to manage the product tech stack becoming the defacto expert to assist team members in using each tool.

Preferred experience working with product tools such as Productboard Pendo Jira Monday and Zapier.

Impeccable documentation and organization skills.

Comfortable working with customer and product data.

Experience training and enabling others with training sessions documentation playbooks and video.

Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)

Salary Range: $100000 - $140000 USD/year
-
Plus a potential annual bonus of up to 10% of the salary.
-
This is a target starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors including a specific candidate’s experience qualifications skills and projected impact.
