We’re on the lookout for an experienced Product Owner with a deep understanding of software discovery and delivery practices to join our Product Owner team at Totara.Â
Our learning Management system holds enormous potential, and we need your skills in identifying customer and business needs to unlock it. You'll collaborate closely with our technical and design leads, guiding one of our development teams to deliver work that drive results for our users and business.Â
By taking an outcome-driven approach, you'll lead your team through discovery and delivery, ensuring solutions align with our customers' needs and business goals. You’re a collaborative team player who proactively supports your team and peers to grow and succeed.Â

About YouÂ
You're a natural leader with a passion for delivering high-quality products that make a difference. You’ll bring:Â
- 1+ years' experience as a Product Owner, successfully delivering software with cross-functional development teams.Â
- A solid grasp of Product Ownership methodologies and practices, with the ability to support and coach others.Â
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, and a strong understanding of software development and web technologies.Â
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.Â
- A strong business sense balanced with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Â
- A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Â
