Product Owner lead

BlackStone eIT, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is on the lookout for a talented Senior Product Owner to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding the vision and strategy of our software products, ensuring they meet both customer needs and business objectives.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define product requirements, create and maintain product roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional software solutions. Your expertise will help drive product innovation and enhance the user experience, positioning our products for market success.

Responsibilities:

• - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Analyst & Product role in Product company
• - Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• - Collaborate with designers on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• - Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories in Jira and Confluence.
• - Develop and maintain customer journey maps using Miro to visualize and analyze customer interactions with the product.
• - Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.
• - Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
• - Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and align on priorities.
• - Proven experience in product discovery and delivery.
• - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• - Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Arabic speaking is a plus.
• - Experience in the Finance, Banking, Payment, Accounting Industry

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering software products on time.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience with product management tools and frameworks.
