We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the evolution of our Salesforce CRM and Certinia platforms. This role is critical to driving business transformation enhancing seller experience and enabling scalable data-driven operations across our commercial ecosystem.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales Finance IT and Customer Success—to define and deliver a roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs. - Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and Certinia systems.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable user stories and requirements.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value technical feasibility and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospectives in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams.
- Monitor product performance and adoption using data to inform enhancements and optimizations.
- Serve as the voice of the user advocating for intuitive experiences and scalable processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise CRM environments.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Certinia (FinancialForce) modules.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Experience with data integration reporting and automation within CRM ecosystems.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator Advanced Admin Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software & services offerings delivery financial operations billing and revenue recognition processes is highly desirable.
