Job role and responsibilities:
- As a PO you work closely with the customer PM analyse features and break them down into stories to hand them over to the dev team.
- You lead the business analysts in your team who need to define the details of the stories such as Use Cases and Business Rules
- You lead and support the Indian development team during implementation and testing process
- You build up business know-how in the Swiss social insurance system
- You are responsible for the creation and update of use cases business rules interfaces and further work products
- You analyze and resolve incidents and problems in the production environment and are able to run SQL scripts

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis in leading roles preferably as PO
- Strong technical skills in SQL MQ Services Java use case modeling
- SAFe Agilist Certification or practical experience in projects done according to SAFe
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken at least C1 level)
- Swiss or EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Cloud certifications (Azure).
- Skills in Openshift Angular JS
- IREB Certification
