Product Solution Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
· Work with software and services sales representatives during the sales process guiding technical sellers in performing technical and product demonstrations (primarily remote occasionally in-person);
· Work with customer success managers during the post-sales process guiding them on the best approach to deploy Manta for the customer;
· Work with expert labs and partners during the pre-and post-sales process guiding them on how to design and implement lineage and metadata harvesting for parts of their environment that are not covered by the product OOTB or design solutions using Manta
· Help articulate solution value during trials and POCs by guiding the prospect through the process of installation configuration and troubleshooting of potential issues;
· Find creative solutions for integration with technologies that are not supported OOTB;
· Actively contribute to the product roadmap: collecting feedback improvements and feature requests from customers and prospects and passing those to the product and the development team;
· Document best practices and advanced configurations in KB and How-To articles;

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4+ years of work experience in data or metadata space.
• Familiarity with data management concepts.
• Minimum 4+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles (technical account manager customer success technical sales)
• Strong data-related technical understating of typical customer’s environment – APIs Databases ETL and Reporting tools;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Hands-on experience with any of the following – SQL Python APIs Data Integration or Reporting tools
• Ability to quickly orient yourself in new environments;
• Troubleshooting and log investigation;
• Troubleshooting integration issues across multiple applications/technologies;
• Ability to conceptualize and apply learned experience in other scenarios;
