Job Description

Product Specialist at IFS designs and maintains functionality included in IFS Cloud products. Tasks are focused on interpreting and analyzing business requirements to create fit-for-purpose and enterprise-grade software. Business value, usability and solution consistency are key aspects of this work.

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join one of our experienced teams, distributed across Sweden, Sri Lanka and Germany. The self-organized teams are working according to agile principles based on SCRUM.

Product Specialist work tasks include,

• Functional and technical design of ERP system based on business requirements and strategic direction
• Involvement in quality assurance activities such as manual and automated testing, review and maintenance of existing solutions
• Create documentation, presentation and training material
• Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders
• Share knowledge, guide and train colleagues

Qualifications

Domain knowledge in the Supply Chain.

• Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Transport/Material Management/Supply Chain or equivalent academic qualifications
• Experience in software design/development
• Experience with IFS Cloud versions or another ERP system
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Have an understanding of what constitutes an effective user experience
