Product Support Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• You will support new product introduction with TOT.
• Mechanical Endurance test based on localization materials and product audit. Solve product quality deviation on time in production line.
• You will be responsible for IRRD and BOM change request CCRP.
• Important CCRP root reason analysis and solution.
• You will be responsible for drawing administration, standard engineering BOM and IRRD.
• You will be working in SAP key user and BOM management cost structure.
• You will be supporting the management and processing of purchasing materials (slow moving materials, alternative materials handling advice, cooperating with production, technology and purchasing related materials handling issues)
• You will be supporting financial analysis of cost deviation.
• You will be involved=d in C2/C3 materials localization and approval process.

• You hold a master's degree or above.
• At least 3 years' work experience.
• Experience in mechanical design or circuit breaker design, the ability of structural mechanics analysis and calculation.
• A certain understanding of the manufacturing process and surface treatment process.
• Fluent in English writing & speaking.
