About the role: As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application. What You Will Be Doing • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve support issues such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, billing, and payment. • Provide in-depth product and technical support, including recreating client issues in a test environment. • Load items into databases and document how applications and systems interact to support business processes. • Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective actions. • Resolve client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product compatibility. • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement. What You Will Need • Prior banking or financial technology experience preferred. • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly. • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
