Job Description

The Product to Market team optimizes the go-to-market process from product inception to final sell-through, working closely with the business to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. Our goal is to enhance efficiency and support Vuori in delivering its long-term strategy. Reporting to the Product to Market Director, the P2M Specialist plays a key role in managing the seasonal delivery of the go-to-market process. This involves planning and publishing the seasonal calendar, partnering with leaders across the organization to ensure milestones are met, analyzing seasonal KPIs, and overseeing the governance of the seasonal process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled in effective communication, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead the plan and publish of the seasonal calendar, setting the framework through which teams deliver the season from concept to market 
  • Support the pipeline of active seasons, partnering with cross-functional business partners in the planning and delivery of milestones 
  • Analyze seasonal KPIs to support governance of the seasonal process and develop recommendations to mitigate risk & improve seasonal delivery 
  • Complete root cause analysis to support recommendations for incremental improvements and operational efficiencies 
  • Lead complex work activities across cross functional teams to keep work streams on track 
  • Support and/or lead cross functional teams through workshops to work through business problems, identifying key decisions, cross functional dependencies, and risks 
  • Collaborate and support teams within the product, sourcing, and production departments 
  • Prepare leadership materials for respective areas and help prepare business owners 
  • Work cross functionally to plan agendas and prepare materials for key meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow-up 

Who you are:


  • 3+ years’ experience in an operational role at a large apparel company or consulting 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at different levels within the organization 
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to influence and partner across various departments 
  • Strong analytical and analysis skills with ability to build actionable insights
  • Detail oriented and organized

The salary range for this role is $90,000 per year - $100,000 per year.
