Overview!

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team of visual artists who specialize in product photography and production support. This position reports to the Print Innovation Manager.

What we need from you?

• CG Generalist Skill Set: Proficiency in 3DS Max and V-Ray (Applicants familiar with other software like C4D or Maya are welcome but must be willing to work with 3DS Max). Modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Aesthetic Excellence: Demonstrate a strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail, color, and composition in product visualization.
• Product Photography: Utilize your product photography skills to digitally capture and enhance product images.
• Software Proficiency: Work efficiently and non-destructively using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Computer Graphics Expertise: Apply your CG experience to achieve photorealistic lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Multitasking and Project Management: Handle multiple tasks and complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Direction and Self-Motivation: Take and implement direction from team leads and project managers.Be self-motivated with strong time management and troubleshooting skills.

• Passion for Technology and Lighting: Exhibit a passion for technology, lighting, and creating outstanding visual content.
• File Preparation and Optimization: Prepare and optimize artwork files for production, adhering to project requirements, technical guidelines, and brand standards. Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy and consistency across various mediums.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring excellent communication and organization.

What you can bring to the table?

• Advanced 3DS Max and V-Ray Skills: Possess advanced skills in 3DS Max and V-Ray to create exceptional visuals.
• 3D Modeling Knowledge: Have knowledge and experience in 3D modeling to enhance product representations.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Have knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. (Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects)
• Brand Guidelines Adherence: Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining design consistency.
• Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot technical and artistic challenges efficiently.
• Print and Packaging Experience: Knowledge of setting up files for large format printing, including scanning, scaling, retouching, color matching, and masking.
• Visual Prototyping: Generate mock-ups and visual prototypes to facilitate communication of design concepts to internal teams and clients.
