About the Role We are seeking a skilled, organized, and energeticPastry Chefto join our production kitchen team. In this high-volume role, you’ll be responsible for producing an array of breads, croissants, muffins, cakes, cookies, custards, and other desserts that meet our uncompromising standards. Collaboration is key—you will work closely with the pastry team and our broader culinary staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities • Prepare a wide range of pastries, breads, and desserts for large-scale production. • Follow and scale recipes with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and food safety. • Collaborate with the team to meet production timelines and event needs. Qualifications • Solid knowledge of baking and pastry fundamentals. • Proficiency with cookie doughs, cakes, sauces, custards, creams, breads, and puddings. • Strong recipe scaling and measuring skills. • Effective communication in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. • Current Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to start).
