We are looking for a COORDINADOR DE PRODUCCIÓN talent, to join our specialized MANUFACTURING team for our CDBS department for CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

• Lead work teams who work 24/7.
• Metal-mechanics or Automotive sector experience.
• Proficiency in management methodologies such as 5S, TPM and continuous improvement.
• Value Stream Mapping knowledge.
• Medium OEE knowledge/experience.
• Office tools probing experience.
• Is it a plus: IATF TS 16949 knowledge, ISO 45001 knowledge, CoreTools knowledge.
• Intermediate English level.

• Supervising the daily activities of a production unit or teams.
• To be responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
• Working cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Serving as group lead on projects and work assignments.
• Providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; setting expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.
