Production Coordinator

Cloud Chamber is looking for an enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join our Audio team in facilitating our AAA production process and providing our teams with what they need to excel. You will support the production and development of the audio team in pre-production, production, alpha, beta, and submission phases while working closely with our Producer and external partners to maintain milestone schedules, track feature and content status, and communicate team progress to the rest of the studio as needed. 

You are a clear communicator and can collaborate seamlessly with the team you work with. You pride yourself in the relationships you build, nurture, and maintain. You have a strong desire to improve your skills and add to the development and optimization of our workflows. You are, above all else, a highly organized and curious contributor who’s excited about making great games with an amazing team.

Job Details:

• Provide hands-on support to our development teams such as organizing recording sessions, taking notes, updating schedules, and sending out studio-wide communications to report team progress.
• Assist in task and bug tracking and management through our internal tools.
• Facilitate communication across our development teams and external partners.
• Find opportunities to help your team focus on doing what they do best.
• Keep managers appraised of status on assigned tasks and escalate problems.
• Help make our games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders.

Skills, Experience et Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in production, preferably in video games.
• Keen administrative skills including the ability to take detailed notes, summarize meetings, and disseminate information to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and process.
• Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of G Suite, Outlook, and JIRA. 
• Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Needs to demonstrate a high level of initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality.
• Ability to function calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with large distributed teams towards a common goal. 
• Able to pick up new tools and technologies and learn new processes quickly.
• Ability to self-prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of audio production best practices is a plus.
• Keep up-to-date on trends in the game industry and entertainment industry.
•  Able to keep on an assigned track without constant supervision.
• Capable of multitasking and managing several important items at once.
