Production Coordinator

APU SRS Auto

Directs and coordinates activities of Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Materials Departments to manufacture and deliver products

Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards develop budget and cost controls and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products produced. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. (Daily)

Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. (Daily)
Guarantee a safe workplace environment (1.3.4.11.2.7 EOS Manual Policy), Compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50000 when applicable

Responsabilities:

Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and illnesses related to work.

Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality. Develops or revises standard operational or working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.

Revises production schedules and priorities as a result of equipment or tool failure or operating problems. (Daily).
Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of the machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.

Authority:

Stop any activity/decision that compromises the health and safety of workers as well as environmental contamination
Lead the meetings with the multifunctional team
Personnel movements according to shift needs and Implement improvements in the process
