The Job

Are you a production designer with experience in type and layout across print and digital, who is interested in making a positive difference in people’s lives?

We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-oriented production designer to join our growing Design Team. The right candidate will be a key contributor to the team, balancing multiple design requests in an organized fashion with a creative flair and a devilish eye for detail. We’re hoping to find someone who is a powerhouse in production design that is also interested in expanding their skills into more creative design tasks.

In the role, you’ll get to work with exciting clients such as Coke, LinkedIn, AMEX, Under Armour, Epic Games, Activision Blizzard, Burberry, and many more. You’ll get to work with these client’s brand assets and ensure that all design work meets their brand standards.

What you'll be proud of achieving in 2023:
  • Editing and preparing print-ready and digital artwork across a range of media including presentations, booklets, proposals, toolkits, and digital media

  • Managing print and digital file preparation, including file optimization, color correction, and proofing

  • Ensuring all in-house as well as client brand guidelines are maintained

  • Working closely with art directors, graphic designers, printers, vendors, and other creative/production partners to ensure that all materials meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Developing and maintaining production design templates, guidelines, and storage best practices to ensure consistency across all projects and materials

 

About you
  • Have a strong background in production design, with a proven track record of relevant experience and a portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of work.

  • Very detail orientated, technical-minded, hardworking, and passionate about design

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds

  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and MS PowerPoint

  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and be comfortable taking direction directly from individuals outside of the creative and account management teams

  • Great communication skills

  • Familiarity with HTML and Interactive PDF is a plus

  • Experience with creative design that showcases the ability to effectively communicate brand messaging through visual storytelling or other creative applications is a plus

Salary Range: 

Minimum: $62,000 USD 

Maximum: $65,0000 USD 

 

In addition to base salary, MindGym’s total rewards package includes a competitive benefit offering and annual bonus eligibility. Base salary will be in-line with the role’s location and an individual’s qualifications and experience.
