Production Designer

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our growing team. This role blends creative design with hands-on production preparation, ensuring that all artwork is print-ready, accurate, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll work closely with our account and installation teams to bring designs from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for assisting in production with large format printing and CNC operations. Duties • Create compelling graphic designs for print, signage, apparel, promotional products, and more • Prepare and finalize files for digital and large-format printing, ensuring accuracy and compatibility • Modify client-provided artwork to meet production specs • Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure quality and timeline requirements are met • Maintain consistent brand standards and visual quality across all projects • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Conduct quality checks and proofs prior to final production • Communicate with team members and clients as needed to clarify design direction or requirements Requirements • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with production/design-for-print background • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and color • Understanding of file setup for print production (bleeds, resolution, color modes, etc.) • Experience with large format printing, vinyl graphics, or apparel design is a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities on the fly • Strong communication and time management skills Join us as we create innovative designs that captivate audiences and elevate our brand presence!
