Job Title: Production Operator – Adhesives Manufacturing Location: North Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Temp to Hire - Fulltime Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Adhesives Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, following production schedules, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment in the production of industrial adhesives. Responsibilities: • Operate mixers, reactors, and filling equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Follow batch production records and instructions to ensure accurate chemical formulation • Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues • Perform quality checks and record production data • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals • Follow all safety protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Prior experience in chemical, manufacturing, or adhesive production preferred • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety documents • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality • Basic math and computer skills • Ability perform heavy lifting • Stand for extended periods • Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime as needed • Must have steel toed shoes • Reliable transportation **Successful candidates will have a clear background check** #EmploynetJobsLasVegas
