Production Operator/Technician

Overview WisLab EMS corparation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in various production processes. As a Production Operator, you should ensure the efficient operation of machinery, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Executing Production and Engineering builds • Setting up and maintaining equipment and may install tools, read blueprints/engineering drawings, and set up equipment. • Operating machinery: feed raw materials into machines, operate machines, and perform minor repairs. • Monitoring product standards, production equipment, and the overall efficiency of the production process. • Performing quality control, inspect parts, test finished materials, and document any defects or issues. • General Support Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Operations and Quality as required. Requirements • Minimum 1-2 years in manufacturing/production operator experience. • Proven ability to work in a problem-solving environment, teamwork. • Varied sitting, standing, and walking and ability to flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities. • Experience with Juki and Panasonic PCBA manufacturing equipments is a plus.
