We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support a growing organization. The successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities in the Transformers Business Unit and will be based in Dudullu, Istanbul, Turkey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets.
• Responds to resource issues as necessary.
• Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
• Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.
• Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
• Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
• Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
• Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.
• Blue collar management, performance tracking.
• Ensures blue collar payroll, expense transactions. Overtime organizations food, service, taxi.

• Very strong communication and analytical skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

• Proven ability to successfully work with cross functional teams and implement improvement within a strict time frame and sustain improvements.
• Capable of balancing speed and accuracy to achieve efficiency.
• Management of Blue Collar.
• Knowledge of Business law.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
