Production Worker

Our Walters & Wolf Interiors Company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Production Worker position in Fremont, California. Available departments include Hollow Metal, Aluminum, Wood, Hardware, and Material Handling. Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications: • Woodworking experience • Proficiency with power tools • Knowledge of basic math, including fractions and decimals • Strong mechanical aptitude • Familiarity with measurements • Construction background is a plus • Experience operating power tools, machinery, light-gauge welding, and cutting equipment • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment • Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work off-hours and/or overtime as needed Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening • Must be willing to join the union Walters & Wolf Compensation Summary We are a Union Shop that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, pension, and more.
