Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction, making it essential for the Cleaner to have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, carpet cleaning, and general tidying up of assigned areas. • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. • Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly. • Assist in kitchen duties when necessary, including cooking or food preparation as required. • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements • Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. • Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety protocols related to cleaning tasks.
