As a Security Professional, you will play a vital role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments, ensuring a safe and secure environment at all times. Schedule: • Saturday:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM • Sunday:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM • Monday & Tuesday:OFF • Wednesday – Friday:10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to open shift coverage requests as directed by management. • Maintain a constant awareness of surroundings; observe and report all activity in accordance with post orders. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and vendors. • Resolve conflicts on-site with professionalism and tact. • Assist clients with assigned duties and help maintain an orderly workplace. • Train new personnel in proper procedures and policies under management’s guidance. • Make informed decisions regarding safety and security, following company post orders. • Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports. • Ensure all company-issued equipment is maintained, accounted for, and in proper working order. • Stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Qualifications: • Superior customer service and communication skills. • Ability to remain professional and composed in all situations. • Attention to detail and strong situational awareness. • Experience in security or a related field preferred but not required. • Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
