Professional Sales Associate

The Carpet Stop is looking for a Professional Sales Associate to join our small, dynamic team. Responsibilities • Present and sell flooring products and services while developing long term business relationships • Market and reach out to potential retail/wholesale/commercial clientele • Provide expert advice and consultation on a variety of flooring projects • Provide estimation and bidding services for contractors, designers, home builders and consumers • Set follow-up in store and field appointments providing top notch service throughout the sales process • Manage project progress while ensuring quality and post installation customer satisfaction Skills • Sales Experience: 2-3 years (Flooring experience preferred, not required) • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (customer service experience preferred) • Proficiency in English • Basic Math skills • Solid communication, organization and interpersonal skills • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus • Ability to perform under pressure and in a timely manner; able to multitask • High school degree required; AA or BS degree in Marketing or related field is a plus • Valid Driver's License is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you available to work on Saturdays?
