You will join growing Boston team and have the opportunity to shape and influence our incredible growth story in Boston. You will have a passion for IT/Digital Technology and be both customer-oriented and collaborative by nature.

If you want to build exceptional analytical, consulting and advisory skills, then this is the internship opportunity you've been looking for!

You will learn how to support our customers in the best way possible - by being their first point of contact. You can then learn how to manage customer accounts in different lifecycle stages – from adoption to expansion, and renewal.

You will also work closely with other teams not only within the Professional Services & Customer Success organization but also have the opportunity to collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Day-to-day activities include:
• Working with state-of-the-art Customer Success tools (Gainsight, Salesforce) backed by a Customer Success Operations team
• Working within a great team, supporting, and motivating each other in a culture that welcomes feedback and failing fast while celebrating our successes
• Learning how to build and strengthen relationships with your customers to become their trusted advisor
• Learning how to develop and expand your accounts by driving product adoption and increasing user base in customer accounts
• Adding your style to a global and diverse Team SAP LeanIX, a fast-growing tech company and leader in the Enterprise Architecture category
• Translating customer feedback into product requirements
• Co-ordinating customer participation in industry and organization events
