Now Hiring: Profile Cutter Machine Operator in Philadelphia, PA Wages: $32.00 per hour $150.00 per diem offered if eligible $400.00 travel pay Key Responsibilities: • Operate CNC profile cutting machines to cut steel plates and structural components. • Interpret technical drawings and cutting plans. • Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts according to specifications. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. • Collaborate with fabrication and welding teams to meet production goals. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: • Experience operating profile cutting machines (plasma, oxy-fuel, or laser). • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Familiarity with shipyard or heavy industrial environments preferred. • Basic computer skills and CNC programming knowledge a plus.
