CACI seeks a highly motivated and proactive program analyst professional to provide administrative and programmatic assistance for the effective implementation of tasks in support of various program activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Analyst responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training.
- Supports the help desk team through triaging of inbound tickets, facility reassignments, and closing of customer inquiries
- Participates in team planning meetings
- Ensures that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented
- Maintains schedules, reports of meetings and briefings
- Liaise between multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events
- Supports the drafting of documentation for acquisition milestones and general program management
- Provides support program level meetings, to include preparing presentation pre-brief reviews and sending out invitations and taking meeting notes
- Conducts research for special projects
- Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions.
- Provides project manager with regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $41,200-$82,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
