Program Analyst (Mid-Level)

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a public-sector management consulting firm serving federal health and social services agencies is seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal contract. Experience with or interest in Veteran’s Health Administration is a plus.

The selected individual will be an integral part of a multi-organizational team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency. Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including: Program and Project Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data and Analyses, Training, Strategic Communications and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization, and Policy Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the company in tasks requiring program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects
• Tasks may include supporting program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management systems and risk management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify alternatives
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required
